In today’s business world it is becoming common for a prospective client to request a PowerPoint presentation be sent via email. How do you keep it short, simple and hold the reader’s attention?
You want to make sure the slides provide enough information so the reader understands it clearly and fully. But don’t give them just a list of facts vs. solutions and benefits…so boring!!!!
Add images, graphics and bold text for important points.
Keep the presentation to 15 slides or less. You’ll want to make it easy to read in under 10 minutes. If it can’t be read in that time frame, rewrite it! Remember, you don’t have much time to keep the prospects attention, make the most of it!!
